Please note:
- Processing time is calculated from the time you pay and the order is verified (a verification email will be sent after payment).
- You may change your mind after placing an order, including but not limited to: change to another color, size, style, or product, or change of address. In this case, the processing time will be calculated from the time the order details are finally confirmed. A confirmation email will be sent with the updated estimated delivery time.
- During holidays, the processing time may be longer than usual. We will notify you in advance.

Zxy Chair provides shipping services for all orders. Shipping fees apply and may vary depending on the product, size, weight, and delivery location. The final shipping cost will be shown clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free Shipping: Orders over $5000 are eligible for free shipping. For orders under $5000, shipping fees will be calculated based on a tiered structure, with the final charges displayed on the checkout page.

Delivery Restrictions
We apologize that P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered.
For U.S. territories, please leave a note when placing your order. For example, if your address is in Guam or Puerto Rico, you should write Guam or Puerto Rico in the country section.
How to Estimate Delivery Time
Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (depending on your location)
The Estimated Delivery Date is when we expect to ship your order based on your country/region and the shipping method you have selected. Processing time is counted along with shipping time.
The Estimated Delivery Date may be affected by our stock availability, processing capacity, and unforeseen factors such as strikes or natural disasters. We will notify you in advance if there are any factors that may cause a delay in the delivery of your order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the following situations:
- Contact information or delivery address is changed/corrected after the order is placed.
- The product(s) in your order are re-specified, such as changing to a different color, size, etc., after the order has been placed.
- The first delivery attempt is within the estimated delivery date. If the courier has made a first attempt to deliver within the Estimated Delivery Date but you missed it/arranged a collection/the address was invalid, we are not liable for the time when you could have actually received the package.
- Your delivery address is in a remote area.
- Shipping fees vary by product and destination. Any changes to the selected product or address may affect the final shipping charges.

Zxy Chair Refund and Return Policy
Thank you for choosing Zxy Chair. We are dedicated to providing you with high-quality products and services. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we hope to assist you through the following refund and return policy.
1. General Return Policy
- Return Time: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. The return request must be submitted within this 30-day period. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
- Product Requirements:
- The product must be in brand-new condition, unused, uninstalled, and unassembled.
- No missing parts.
- The product should have the original tags, original packaging, and all other original accompanying items.
- Special Notes: The return policy is based on the delivery time of each individual product, not the entire order. If the product’s “marked delivered” date exceeds 30 days, returns will not be accepted.
- Non-Returnable Products:
- Clearance items
- Customized products (e.g., custom reception desks, custom logos, lightboxes, etc.)
- Offline purchased items (products or accessories not listed on our website)
- Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
- Assembled or disassembled products
- Products missing original packaging or with severely damaged original packaging
- Important Notes:
- Do not discard any original packaging or wrapping materials from the items you received.
- For large items, you need to prepare a pallet for the return.
- Any additional services (e.g., door-to-door delivery, room of choice delivery, or white glove delivery) are non-refundable if the return is due to the customer’s reasons.
2. Return Process
- Photo Requirements: You need to provide a full view picture of the product, photos of the outer packaging, and pictures of the internal packing to help us assess the product’s condition and confirm eligibility for return.
- Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to quality issues, Zxy Chair will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to customer reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Prepaid Labels: In certain regions, we may provide prepaid return labels. If unavailable, you will need to arrange for the return yourself.
3. Damaged or Faulty Products
- Reporting Damaged Products: Please inspect items immediately upon delivery and notify Zxy Chair within 3 business days, including photos or videos of damage, packaging, and labels.
- Handling Damaged Products: If the product is damaged during shipping, Zxy Chair will repair, replace, or refund the product.
- Quality Issues: Zxy Chair will bear shipping costs and offer replacement or refund for verified quality issues.
- 30-Day Reporting Window: All issues must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Reports after this period may not be processed.
- Important Notes:
- Do not hire third-party repair services; we won’t cover those costs.
- Report damage within 3 business days and retain all packaging.
4. Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If a package cannot be delivered or is refused due to an invalid address, lack of signature, or refusal, you will be responsible for additional shipping or handling fees related to reshipment or cancellation.
5. Refund Policy
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds for Quality Issues: Full refunds will be issued and shipping covered by Zxy Chair.
- Refund Processing Time:Refunds will be processed and credited within 10 business days after approval.
6. Order Placement and Product Customization
- If a refund is requested after placing an order but before customization begins, a 5% processing fee will be charged.
- If the product is already completed and in internal warehousing (not shipped), 20% will be deducted.
- If the product has been shipped overseas or is at/pending arrival at the U.S. warehouse, 50% will be deducted.
- If the product has been delivered to the U.S. warehouse and shipped to the customer, 70% will be deducted.
7. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Products: Zxy Chair will handle exchanges caused by transit damage or quality issues.
- Exchange Process: Customers must return the original product and place a new order. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
8. Important Notes
- Color Discrepancy: Due to different displays and lighting, actual product colors may vary slightly and cannot be used as a reason for return.
- Craftsmanship Features: Minor flaws or small cracks are normal in handmade furniture and do not affect function. These are not valid reasons for return.
9. Shipping and Delivery
After the product is shipped, we will provide tracking information. Please be aware that uncontrollable factors like weather or logistics may delay delivery. Zxy Chair will do its best to ensure timely arrival.
