Orders need to be processed before they can be shipped. The time you wait to receive your package is made up of the processing time and the shipping time.
Processing Time
Processing Time: 7–10 working days
- Processing time is calculated from the time you pay and the order is verified (a verification email will be sent after payment).
- You may change your mind after placing an order, including but not limited to: change to another color, size, style, or product, or change of address. In this case, the processing time will be calculated from the time the order details are finally confirmed. A confirmation email will be sent with the updated estimated delivery time.
- During holidays, the processing time may be longer than usual. We will notify you in advance.
Shipping Time
Zxy Chair provides shipping services for all orders. Your shipping time will be affected by the shipping method selected. Please refer to the table below for estimated shipping times:

Orders shipped to the United States and Australia are eligible for free shipping, regardless of order value.
For other regions, shipping fees may apply and will be displayed clearly at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery destination.

Delivery Restrictions
- We apologize that P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered.
- For U.S. territories, please leave a note when placing your order. For example, if your address is in Guam or Puerto Rico, you should write Guam or Puerto Rico in the country section.
How to Estimate Delivery Time
Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time (depending on your location)
The Estimated Delivery Date is when we expect to ship your order based on your country/region and the shipping method you have selected. Processing time is counted along with shipping time.
The Estimated Delivery Date may be affected by our stock availability, processing capacity, and unforeseen factors such as strikes or natural disasters. We will notify you in advance if there are any factors that may cause a delay in the delivery of your order.

- Contact information or delivery address is changed/corrected after the order is placed.
- The product(s) in your order are re-specified, such as changing to a different color, size, etc., after the order has been placed.
- The first delivery attempt is within the estimated delivery date. If the courier has made a first attempt to deliver within the Estimated Delivery Date but you missed it/arranged a collection/the address was invalid, we are not liable for the time when you could have actually received the package.

Zxy Chair Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Zxy Chair. We are committed to delivering high-quality furniture and professional service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return and refund policy, which applies to both domestic and international orders, including the United States and Australia.
1. General Return Policy
- Return Period: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
- Product Conditions: Item must be unused, unassembled, and uninstalled. All original packaging, tags, and components must be included. Returns are evaluated based on each product's delivery date, not the entire order.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Customized products (e.g., custom reception desks, logos, or branding)
- Items purchased offline or not listed on our website
- Products marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page
- Assembled, installed, or disassembled items
- Products missing original packaging or severely damaged boxes
Important: Do not discard the original packaging or any protective materials. Oversized items may require a pallet for return transport.
Additional Service Fees: Premium services such as room-of-choice or white-glove delivery are non-refundable if the return is initiated for personal reasons.
2. Return Procedure
- Photo Documentation Required: Full product view, external packaging, and internal protective packaging must be submitted for eligibility assessment.
- Shipping Costs:
- Zxy Chair covers return shipping if the product is faulty or damaged.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping in cases of change of mind or personal reasons.
- In some countries or regions, prepaid return labels may be provided; otherwise, the customer must arrange return shipping.
3. Damaged or Faulty Products
- Inspection & Reporting: Inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Report any issues within 3 business days with photos or videos.
- Our Commitment: For shipping damages or quality issues, we will repair, replace, or refund the product. Zxy Chair will cover shipping for verified issues.
- Reporting Deadline: Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Later reports may not be processed.
Note: Do not hire third-party repair services — these costs will not be reimbursed.
4. Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, absence of a signature, or refusal upon delivery, you will be liable for any reshipment, restocking, or return processing costs.
5. Refund Policy
- Processing Timeline: Refunds are initiated within 3 business days after inspection. Funds are credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Refund Deductions for Custom Orders:
- Before production begins: 5% processing fee
- After production but before shipment: 20% deduction
- In-transit or at international hub (e.g., U.S. warehouse): 50% deduction
- Delivered to customer: 70% deduction
6. Exchanges
- Damaged or Defective Products: Eligible for exchange or refund.
- Exchange Process: Return the original item and place a new order. Customer covers shipping for the new item.
7. Additional Disclaimers
- Color Variations: Actual colors may vary slightly from photos due to lighting and screen settings. This is not a valid reason for return.
- Craftsmanship Tolerance: Minor imperfections in handmade furniture are normal and not considered defects.
8. International Orders – Australia & United States
- Shipping Labels: Prepaid return labels may not be available in all regions. Customers are responsible for return shipping where applicable.
- Australia Consumer Law (ACL): In accordance with Australian law, customers are entitled to a refund or replacement for major product failures. Zxy Chair complies fully with ACL regulations.
- United States FTC Compliance: This policy follows FTC guidelines for ecommerce transactions and consumer protections.
